What Makes McCAM Excellent
Starting in 2020, McCAM Insurance implemented the most in-depth strategic plan in its history, with tangible results beginning to materialize in 2022. Over the course of two years, the commercial lines book of business doubled, and revenue saw 19% growth. The acquisition of Barrie-based brokerage, AIM Insurance, was executed with a no-layoff acquisition policy, and a flexible work policy led to a 41% increase in staff across Ontario.
Currently, McCAM is in the process of developing its first online commercial portal, enabling customers to quote and bind 24/7 nationwide. This initiative marks the company’s first national commercial lines automated program.
In alignment with its corporate social responsibility initiatives, McCAM hosts an annual golf tournament in support of Easter Seals Ontario. In 2023, the event raised over $37,000 for children with physical disabilities, contributing to the company’s cumulative donations of over $1,050,000.

Charity of Choice
The Refuge—a drop-in center dedicated to serving homeless, hurting and hungry youth. The Refuge provides essential programs aimed at fulfilling basic needs, fostering personal transformation, raising awareness and offering education on homelessness prevention. McCAM collaborates with The Refuge to assist those who lack the opportunities many of us take for granted.
