Nearing 150 years as a Canadian business, Economical Insurance has helped customers through challenges and catastrophes with the steadfast support of broker partners and employees. This history has built resilience in the face of change and continues to support the commitment we’ve made as a diligent corporate citizen. Over the last few years, we’ve undertaken several initiatives in preparation of becoming a public company, becoming more efficient, agile and innovative.
Through transformation fueled by innovative, strategic investments, alongside the evolution of core capabilities, we’ve enhanced our digital offerings across the enterprise, including our broker platform Vyne and online pet insurance offerings through Petline. These investments are proving to be a big advantage for our brokers and customers alike. Now more than ever, digital capabilities are extremely valuable. As companies begin to accelerate their digital plans, we’re putting ourselves ahead of the competition.
In particular, Vyne has been helping brokers navigate insurance more easily. Vyne has enabled brokers to directly source policy and quote information and submit policy changes for their customers in real time, allowing them more time to build relationships and provide valuable advice to customers. The Vyne offering, launched nearly two years ago, continues to see excellent broker adoption and has led to improved diversification for our business. Based on broker feedback, we’ll continue to enhance Vyne and improve the experience.
